Joyful Bells (Children’s Handbells)

This “one of a kind” ministry in our community is designed specifically to teach the children of our church how to play handbells. And, as they learn to play handbells they are also either honing their music reading skills or learning how to read music. Sandra Blackwell leads our Joyful Bells as they meet each Wednesday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. during the school year. 

 

 

This handbell choir is for children who are in 4^th through the 6^th grade. This group periodically performs during our worship services and also conducts special programs/events in our church and community.
