The Administrative Team Cluster exists to pursue excellence in the management of business and resources, including finances, time and talents.
The Administrative Team Cluster is comprised of the following teams:
The Feedback Team provides formats for receiving constant feedback from church members related to the programs and ministries of the church, provide surveys and other like instruments for visitors/guests to provide information to the church, and utilizes surveys, polls, etc. to gain information about particular needs that might be addressed through one of the ministry teams of our church.
The History Team will gather and preserve the historical records of the Church and use them to help members understand and appreciate their heritage and mission.
The Strategy Planning Team identifies long-term strategic initiatives and continually looks ahead on behalf of the church. In a proactive fashion, they will seek to anticipate and prepare for our future.
The Leadership Development Team is developing a program of training for team leaders and team members that enables our church to function in an effective, Christ-like manner. The team will provide means of identifying potential leaders and will offer various training opportunities for the entire church family.
